At Probot Systems, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products. However, we understand that certain situations may require a return. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns.
1. General Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted for defective products. We do not accept returns for products that do not meet your expectations, are no longer wanted, or have been used improperly.
- Defective product: If you receive a defective product, you can request a return or replacement.
- Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.
- Product condition: The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals provided. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product’s condition does not meet these requirements.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@probotsystems.com, providing your order details and a description of the product defect. Photos or videos may be requested to support your claim.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
3. Return Processing
- Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Certain product categories are not eligible for returns, including:
- Special orders: Products that are custom-made or ordered according to specific requirements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Products damaged by improper handling: Returns will not be accepted if the product was damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Products with opened or altered packaging: Products can only be returned in their original condition and packaging.
5. No Exchanges
Probot Systems does not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the replacement item.
