Probot Palletizer software
Without a single line of code.
Probot Palletizer is the all-in-one app that runs our collaborative palletizers, on Android and iOS. Your operators learn with guided tutorials, build a recipe in a few screens, see the pallet in 3D before the robot starts, and clear stoppages with an AI assistant that knows the alarms. Your supervisors can monitor production in real time.

Recipes
A wizard takes you from the product to the finished pallet. The 3D preview updates with every change, so you see the pallet before the robot places the first box.
1
Box, pail or bucket: dimensions, weight and label position. Scan the product barcode with the camera to fill in the SKU.
2
Pick a standard pallet (GMA 48×40, EUR, CHEP…) or enter your own dimensions, with the overhang you allow.
3
The app works out the possible patterns and ranks them by efficiency. Keep the best one or pick another.
4
Add slip sheets on the pallet or between layers, check height, weight and layer count, then save.
Product step: dimensions, SKU and label position, with the 3D preview.
Pallet step: standard or custom pallets.
Operator Assist
A button on every screen opens the assistant. It reads the cell status at the moment you ask and immediately suggests quick ways to fix the problem, so operators can clear common stoppages themselves. The result: fewer calls to maintenance. The AI assistant is an additional feature included with the maintenance plan, and you can try it right now in Simulation mode.
Active alarms, robot mode and program, each station’s recipe and counters, and the current screen. If that isn’t enough to answer, it also looks up the alarm history or the robot position on its own.
Every code comes with its cause and remedy. The assistant answers in the language you ask in.
It never suggests bypassing a safety device or resetting an emergency stop, and it hands electrical or controller work over to a technician.
AI can make mistakes: always verify before acting on the robot. The app asks for your consent before first use.
In Simulation mode, the app drives a virtual CRX-30iA robot: create recipes, start a pallet, watch it build in 3D and try the AI assistant, with no hardware. Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
Palletizing patterns
Tight, accurately placed boxes on the pallet: a stable load, ready for the requirements of the largest retail chains.
For your boxes, the app works out the possible patterns and suggests first the ones that make the best use of your pallet surface. Column, brick, pinwheel, Trilock… you can always pick another one.
Odd and even layers are mirrored by default so they interlock. A library of pre-installed patterns comes on top of the generated ones.
Tell the app where the label is on the box: the robot turns it toward the outside of the pallet wherever it can, ready to be read, as your customers and distributors require.
Pails, buckets and other round containers get their own patterns, aligned or staggered, to fill the pallet as much as possible. Just enter the diameter.
Training and alarms
The tutorials are always available in the app. We designed them with the night shift in mind, when staff turnover is higher and crews are smaller: a new operator learns on the spot, without waiting for a trainer.
Four step-by-step tracks: getting started, creating a recipe, advanced recipes and manual mode. Each step is highlighted on screen and read aloud in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic, Persian or Filipino.
Current and past robot alarms are listed with their code and description. Reset them from the tablet, or ask the AI assistant what they mean.
Product changeovers
Your operators don’t need to know every recipe: they scan the product barcode with the tablet camera and the app shows the recipes that match that SKU.
New box supplier or a slightly different product size? Change the dimensions: the app recalculates the positions and keeps the pallet, slip sheets, label and robot settings.
For a product variant, duplicate an existing recipe with all its settings and adjust only what changes.
Production
The home screen shows both stations, the running recipe, the robot status and the cell in 3D. Your operators always know where each pallet stands.
Start production with one tap and adjust the robot speed on the fly. Machine states follow the PackML model, and PackTags are available as an option to integrate the cell with your line.
Each station has its own recipe, infeed conveyor and counters. One pallet fills while the other is removed.
The access request button moves the robot clear so a person can step into the work area.
Pallets produced, units per minute and OEE (availability, performance, quality) in real time, for each station or the whole cell, by shift, day, week, month or year. Export the data in one click for your reports and analysis.
Advanced mode
When the generated pattern isn’t enough, the Advanced tab gives your technicians all the control they need, layer by layer and box by box, without losing the app’s simplicity. Each change shows up immediately in the 3D preview.
Give one layer its own pattern, such as a partial top layer, or shift its position on the pallet.
Move or rotate a box, adjust its approach path, and edit several boxes at once.
Swap the order of two boxes or redo a layer’s whole drop sequence.
Mirror a layer along its length, width or both, or rotate it 90, 180 or 270 degrees.
Link up to 5 layer types: a change made to one applies to the others right away.
Speed and acceleration empty and loaded, pick and drop delays: tuned for each product.

FAQ
No. You create a recipe by filling in screens: product, pallet, pattern, slip sheets. The app produces the robot instructions itself.
Yes. Simulation mode drives a virtual robot, so you can create recipes and watch pallets build before you buy anything.
The CRX-30iA cobot in our collaborative palletizers. A plugin installed on the robot controller connects it to the tablet.
Each product has its own recipe. Pick it from the list, or scan the box barcode to find it, then restart production.
Yes. The assistant only receives the cell status and your question, and we don’t keep conversations. All the details are in our Privacy Policy.
The app is free. It runs the robot under your Probot palletizer’s licence. The AI assistant is an additional feature included with the maintenance plan; you can try it in Simulation mode.
The app was designed to work with older robots too. Since every robot and cell is different, the best next step is to contact us for an assessment.
We’ll build a recipe with your own boxes, from the product to the finished pallet.
