The standard cell, plus a 48 in roller conveyor that brings your products to the robot. Ideal when your line’s outfeed doesn’t reach the cell directly.

Small and mid-sized manufacturers still palletizing by hand who want to automate without a custom project, heavy fencing or pallet conveyors.

- FANUC CRX-30iA collaborative robot and controller
- Grip Core gripper with vacuum head for cases
- Robot base and two floor pallet positions
- Tablet with the Probot app: recipes, pallet patterns, AI assistant for operators
- Safety configuration based on the risk assessment (area scanner)
- 48 in long (1.22 m) by 16 in wide (406 mm) roller infeed conveyor, wired and programmed with the cell
- Full testing in our facility before shipping
- Installation guide and remote support for commissioning

- You pay the 50% deposit; your production slot is reserved.
- Together, we validate your cases and pallet patterns in the app.
- We assemble and test the cell with your products.
- You pay the balance, then we ship.
- Your team installs the cell with our guide and remote support. If you prefer, a Probot technician can come on site for commissioning: this service is offered separately, on quotation.
Estimated delivery: 8 to 12 weeks after the deposit. Shipping costs depend on your region and are calculated in the cart.
