Description
Klüber BARRIERTA L 55/2 is a premium NSF H1-registered, NLGI grade 2 grease based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oil with a PTFE thickener. Specified by FANUC under part number A98L-0040-0305, it is intended for high-temperature, chemically aggressive or oxygen-rich environments where conventional hydrocarbon greases fail. It offers exceptional thermal stability (range of approximately -35 °C to +260 °C), high resistance to aggressive media and full compatibility with elastomers and plastics. Used on FANUC robots in high-temperature process areas: baking ovens, paint drying ovens and chemical handling cells. Its long service life justifies the higher price.
