The system is pre-assembled and tested at Probot Systems. On-site installation typically takes one day with two people minimum.
⚠️ Before You Begin
Read all safety instructions. Verify delivery against scope of delivery. Ensure site meets environmental conditions. All dimensions in mm unless specified.
Required Tools (Not Included) #
- Forklift or pallet jack
- Level
- Metric socket set and wrenches
- Compressed air supply
Site Preparation #
- Verify level, solid concrete floor (min. 17 MPa / 2500 psi).
- Ensure adequate clearance per project layout.
- Verify electrical supply: 120/240 VAC dedicated circuit.
- Verify compressed air supply at required pressure/flow.
- Ensure network connectivity if remote monitoring is required.
Uncrating and Positioning #
- Inspect crate for damage before opening. Document any damage.
- Remove panels carefully. Keep all hardware and docs.
- Verify all items against the packing list.
- Lift the base with forklift using fork pockets.
- Position at installation location aligned with conveyor infeed.
- Lower base onto floor — check level.
Electrical Connections #
- Verify main disconnect is OFF.
- Connect power cable to control cabinet inlet.
- Verify supply voltage matches cabinet nameplate.
- Take the HMI tablet from the box inside the controler and plug it with identified cable.
Pneumatic Connections #
- Connect air supply to system inlet.
- Set regulator to operating pressure.
- Check all fittings for leaks.
- Verify FRL setup (if applicable).
